Appreciation of our Nursing Staff
The following note was found in our Patient Satisfaction Survey/Comment Box.
"To the ladies at the detox station,
From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. I have never detoxed before, so I wouldn't really know much about it. But in my case you gals were awesome! You were professional yet caring, almost loving. You can tell that you take your jobs seriously and like it at the same time. You treated me with dignity and respect, and that's not always easy. Again thank you for taking such good care of me in my time of need.
With much respect,
C."

Looks like they really take good care of their people.

It's good to get feedback from the patients. This helps the medical professionals boost their confidence in their work.
Good for you, the nurses will greatly appreciate your thanks. The last time I went to a drug rehab New York was about a year ago. The staff is eager to help out those teenagers who are victims of drug abuse. I hope most of these organizations will keep their standards.
